Shipping & Keepsake Policy

Keepsake Processing Disclaimer

Each keepsake is handcrafted individually and created one at a time. Because of the custom nature of our work, processing times reflect the care and detail put into every piece.

Turnaround Time

  • Processing time begins when we physically receive your inclusion package, not by order date or order number.

  • Current processing time is a minimum of 2 months and may extend up to 4–4.5 months depending on order volume.

  • Turnaround times are subject to change at any time.

  • For the most current processing estimate, please check the announcement bar at the top of our website or contact us directly.

Incoming Packages (Customer Inclusions)

  • Customers are responsible for shipping their inclusions to us.

  • We strongly recommend using tracked shipping.

  • We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages while in transit to us.

  • Inclusions must be sent within 1 year of the purchase date.

  • If inclusions are sent after the 1-year mark, a storage/reactivation fee will apply before the order can proceed.

Once your package is delivered and logged into our system, your official turnaround time begins.

Outgoing Shipments (Completed Keepsakes)

  • All completed orders are shipped with tracking.

  • Signature confirmation and shipping insurance are optional and must be selected and/or requested. 

  • If signature confirmation or insurance is not selected at checkout, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once shipped.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate.

  • We are not responsible for packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If a shipping issue arises, please contact us promptly so we can assist with filing a carrier claim if applicable.

Solid Gold Pieces

All solid gold keepsakes are photographed by our team for quality control and documentation purposes. These images may also be used on our website, social media platforms, or other marketing materials.

If you prefer that your piece not be shared publicly, you must notify us in writing prior to completion.

Additional Information

Due to the highly personalized and handmade nature of keepsake jewelry involving irreplaceable inclusions, timelines and processes must be followed carefully. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
